Their Challenge

SublimeSQD was hosting their website in a Managed Dedicated Server with a different hosting provider but they were very unhappy with the poor website performance. Their website went offline frequently when the server backup was running and the backup was stored in the same server which is not the best practice.

They were also facing issues with their Magento 2 store every other day. Their old host setup Varnish cache in the server but interfered with their stock quantity display in their website frontend and they were forced to constantly clear their caches for updates to show up in the website.

They were also concerned about the ability of the dedicated server to handle spikes in traffic during major sales like Black Friday.

SiteGround announcing they're moving from cPanel to SiteTools. Unaccaptable for our situation. Found NoFrillsCloud by Googling hosting in Singapore (good for Australia/India visitors).(1) Surprised it's literally 2x faster then SiteGround which was using Google Cloud servers(2) First transferred over backup from old host onto NoFrills. Then changed DNS IP's in CloudFlare. Few mins later, the Wordpress site was loading from NoFrills. SSL (https) was also immediately working once clicked "AutoSSL" button in cPanel.
