Introducing our New Client Portal Design!

We recently revamped the design of our Client Portal to bring it to the modern era.

The new design aims to improve the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) to make sure that our Client Portal looks appealing while also making it easier and faster for you to find what you are looking for. 

We have commissioned a survey among our clients (shout out to those who participated in the survey!) and we are really encouraged by the result:-

• 93.11% think the new design is very & extremely appealing
• 82.76% find it easy & very easy to find what you were looking for
• 62.07% of you took less time than expected to find what you were looking for, 27.59% took about the same time as you expected
• 41.38% use our Client Portal several times a week, 31.03% about once a week, 10.34% several times a month and 13.79% once a month

We also slotted in an additional question and we found out that 76% of our clients will actively promote NoFrillsCloud to a friend or family member!

We take suggestions and feedbacks very seriously and we have made multiple changes to the Client Portal design as a result of the feedbacks we received in the survey.
